Target Audience: This activity has been designed to meet the needs of healthcare professionals, specifically medical laboratory scientists.

Objectives:
  • Identify problems that can result from a “customer is already right” approach to laboratory services
  • Recognize the importance of cultural motivation in producing alignment between laboratories and their clinical customers
  • List techniques that can induce and reinforce desired behaviors on the part of clinical customers

Method of Participation: To receive a statement of credit, you must:

  1. Watch the video in its entirety
  2. Successfully complete the video post-test (80% or higher)
  3. Submit certificate completion information
  4. Complete the course evaluation
