Registration and Fees

Please fill out and return the coupon with your registration fee. Advance registration is encouraged for planning, housing, and registration purposes. Registration is incomplete until receipt of full tuition.

Fees:

Regular Tuition: $875
One day: $200
Two days: $400
Three days: $600

Medical Technologists/Trainees/Residents/Fellows: $575

The registration fee includes continental breakfasts, Mexican fiesta buffet, course syllabus, and materials and a $150.00 non-refundable administrative fee.

Lodging and Confirmation:

Upon receipt of registration and payment, a confirmation letter with information on transportation, lodging, and in-person registration will be sent to you.  Please allow 7-14 days.

The meeting will be held at the Snow King Resort. Rooms will be held until MAY 6th after which lodging will be confirmed on an availability basis.  Room rates are $210.00 single/double plus taxes and hotel surcharges.  Contact the Snow King at (800) 522-KING; state that you are with the 2016 Immunology, Microbiology and Infectious Diseases course.

Participants who plan to rent cars are encouraged to make advance reservations.  Major airlines provide service directly to the Jackson Hole Airport.  The Snow King Resort has shuttle service from the airport to and from the hotel. The town is within easy walking distance from the hotel.  Grand Teton and Yellowstone tours are available.
