Registration and Fees

Registration fee of $700 covers workshop materials (including images on CD), tuition, microscope use, daily continental breakfast and refreshments during breaks. Travel, hotel and other meals are not included in the registration fee.

All registration fees include a nonrefundable administrative charge of $100; course fees will NOT be refunded for cancellation after December 20, 2009. If it is necessary to cancel this workshop because of circumstances beyond your control, we will refund the full registration fee. Medical students, residents, and fellows wishing to attend will receive a 50 percent discount on registration.
