Annual Park City Update

Registration Options:

General (5 days) registration $995
PA/Resident/Fellow (5 days) registration $695
*Single day (1-3 days) registration $325

*If you are opting for single day attendance and plan on attending multiple days, please make sure the number of days you plan to attend is reflected in the “quantity” field at the top of the registration page along with indicating the days you plan on attending which is located at the bottom of the page. Additionally, please be aware that The Lodges at Deer Valley requires a minimum three-night stay.

Registration fees include up to 21 hours of CME and SAM, or PACE credit, daily continental breakfast and light dinner, downloadable course syllabus and materials, and a $100.00 non-refundable administrative fee.

**Refunds will be given to anyone who cannot attend for any reason so long as we receive notice of cancellation three weeks prior to the event. To cancel your registration, please send an email to Hollie Carter at hollie.carter@aruplab.com with the word "refund" and the words "31st Annual Park City Anatomic Pathology Update" in the subject line. Please provide your contact information and order ID in the email.
