Meeting Location / Accommodations

Upon receipt of registration and payment, a confirmation letter with information on transportation, lodging, and in-person registration will be sent to you. Please allow 7–14 days for receipt.

Ski the world's best powder at Park City, Utah!

The meeting will be held at the Silverado Lodge at the Canyons Resort. With over 3,700 acres, 155 runs, 17 lifts, 2 terrain parks and 6 natural half-pipes to ski and snowboard, there is never a chance to get bored on this mountain. All hotels at the Canyons Resort will provide the group discount for this meeting, and all are within short walks of each other. There is also a shuttle around The Canyons property to the various hotels and shuttles into Park City. All hotels within The Canyons resort are also conveniently located slopeside and the resort is a short 45 minute drive from the Salt Lake International Airport.

**There will also be discounts on ski passes for registrants at The Canyons mountain.

Apres ski, enjoy the charming western mining town of Park City, Utah. The town is home to the Sundance Film Festival, the Winter Olympic park, fine dining, numerous galleries, shops, spas, and night clubs.

Room discounts are good for 3 days prior and following the conference. Reservations need to be made before December 15 to receive the reduced rate. Please note that rooms will fill up quickly as this is the high season at The Canyons.

Park City

Park City, Utah (elevation 7000’) is one of the premier ski destination in the United States; in addition to The Canyons, there are six other nearby ski areas located less than one hour away: Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude.

Transportation

Park City is 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, Utah and 45 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport. Buses, limousines, rental cars and even helicopter services are available.
